Our Community Involvement Supporting Vulnerable Groups

Goldair Handling is committed to promoting social welfare and is actively engaged, creating benefits for Recognizing the needs of vulnerable groups,
the communities. Through an extensive network of social initiatives and measurable contributions, the Goldair Handling chooses to continuously support
Company focuses on a variety of areas. Goldair Handling’s social actions basically can be boiled down into them. Continual contribution to the work of several
four fundamental categories and each is as important as the next. NGOs and organizations is also an important part
of Goldair Handling’s social initiatives. Indicative
actions which have planned and executed during
2021 and 2022 are the following.

• Samos Special Education School
In 2022, Goldair Group participated in “Travel with
Airplane” social program, organized by Samos Special
Education School. Students visited Samos Airport and

took part in Goldair Handling’s daily operations.

Goldair Handling team members had the chance
to learn the secrets of planting flowers together
with “Power of a Flower”, a Social Cooperative

• Smile of the Child
In honor of World Children's Book Day on April
2nd and World Book Day on April 23rd, Goldair
Handling team members collected and donated
children's books to the NGO “Smile of the Child”.
Environmental awareness Volunteering
• Fabric Republic
Goldair Handling partners with Fabric Republic,
an innovative clothing management system that
collects excess clothing and redistributes it to
people in need or recycles it for reuse. In 2021
and 2022, team members in Athens, Chania and
Paros Stations collected and donated 70 kilos of
personal clothes. Moreover, the Company donated
35 boxes of old uniforms.
